Holidays are coming! Need someone to help in your kitchen?
I am a licensed personal and private chef certified by the USPCA and I want to chef for you in your home. The time you spend buying, preparing and cleaning up your meals -- you could be spending time with your family. I provide a range of services including a standard cook day where I come into your home and cook 3-4 meals in your kitchen for your family. The meals are stored in your refrigerator and freezer and all you have to do is reheat or pop something into the oven and you're eating a delicious meal, but only spending very little of your precious time.
If you eat out two times a week you can afford a personal chef. I work with you on selecting a menu that's right for you and your family, your dietary needs, your likes and dislikes and most of all -- what you can afford. You can have Beef Wellington and Lobster Americane or meatloaf and mashed potatoes. I'll help you plan a menu that's right for your family and right for your budget. I do all of the shopping. I know where all of the best produce is sold, I have a great butcher, and I know where the deals are. I also pick up the rest of the items on your list -- not just the food, so you're not spending your time looking for paper towels and dog food. Basically, I'm going to solve your shopping/cooking/meal needs.
I have really great references and have been cheffing for about 3 years. I have worked for families with up to six children and all the way down to just regular single guys who want to eat better or impress their girlfriends with a "meal they prepared" -- I can tailor a meal plan for the dieter, the picky eater, the allergic to everything person, the gluten free, the diabetic, and of course, the eclectic palate wanting to experience gourmet cooking in their own home. My rates are reasonable, I always tell my clients if you eat out two or three times a week at Olive Garden or Outback -- or any mid-range restaurant, you can afford my services. I will save you time and money and you will eat better food. I own all of my own equipment and tools, I come to your kitchen (and all I ask is you have your dishwasher empty) and I unload your groceries, prep your food, and begin cooking. I will leave your kitchen clean and shiny.
